The R-Racer lens transfers PUIG's experience from racing to an aerodynamically developed sports lens with a clear view and an increased contour compared to the original. Their shape was studied in a virtual wind tunnel and is designed to direct the airflow over the rider's helmet and shoulder area.

PUIG developed the R-Racer line based on many years of collaboration with teams from MotoGP and WorldSBK. The higher lens shape improves coverage compared to the standard version and at the same time maintains the visibility that is important for a sports lens.

• Dimensions: 350 x 315mm
• 60 mm higher than the original disc
• Material thickness: 3 mm
• High impact acrylic
• 2mm rounded edge
• Assembly with the original screws

The disc, developed and manufactured in Barcelona, combines low weight with stability and durability. An optical inspection system is used as part of quality control. The rounded edge meets the relevant requirements of the German TÜV.

Available versions

The R-Racer lens is available in clear, tinted, heavily tinted and black. The assembly is carried out using the existing original screws; additional edge binding is not required.
