Targeted cooling for the front brake system

The PUIG Brake Cooler for the BMW S 1000 RR [2019-2022] was developed for high loads on the front brake. Two molded covers direct incoming air specifically toward the brake pads and brake discs, combining this function with sporty styling.

Structured airflow management

The system consists of two high-quality ABS plastic covers, one for each brake disc and caliper assembly. Their channels capture, compress and accelerate the air, directing the airflow straight onto the brake pads and brake discs. Track testing achieved an average brake-temperature reduction of ten degrees.

PUIG develops and manufactures the Brake Cooler in Barcelona using modern plastic-molding processes and experience gained in competition. Choose from matte black and carbon look. Installation is designed to be quick and straightforward; the specified tightening torque for the screws must be observed during installation.
