PUIG Z-Racing screen for sporty aerodynamics

The PUIG Z-Racing screen combines a striking racing shape with targeted wind protection for rider and motorcycle. Their double height directs the airflow over the helmet and upper torso, while side channels direct the air outwards, thereby reducing pressure in the shoulder area.

Developed in the virtual wind tunnel

PUIG tested the screen in the virtual wind tunnel and designed it to have an improved aerodynamic coefficient and greater driver protection compared to the original screen. The average protection gain determined is 12.7% in an upright upper body position and 61% in the racing position.

Precisely manufactured design

As a specialist in motorcycle components, PUIG manufactures this Z-Racing disc in Barcelona using modern production and testing processes. The 3mm thick, impact-resistant acrylic combines stability, light weight and durability. A rounded edge of 2 mm meets the stated safety check of the German TÜV. An image-based quality control system checks that the panes are in perfect condition.

Multiple color variations

The Z-Racing lens is available in blue, carbon look, heavily tinted, tinted, black, red and clear. This means you can choose your sporty lines to match the individual appearance of the motorcycle.
