Yamaha XSR 700 [2022-2025] - Tanking Basic including counterpart tank sac

The Tankring Basic from Hepco & Becker for the XSR 700, construction years 2022 to 2025, is a solid basis for the assembly of tank bags. This product is characterized by simple handling and a robust construction. The scope of delivery includes the tanking and the right counter holder, which can be individually attached to the motorcycle depending on the tank shape and handlebar.

The fuel lid remains fully accessible even with assembled tanking, which significantly simplifies the use in everyday life. No further adjustments to the motorcycle are required to install the tanking, and only a compatible tank bag is required to complete the system.

Differences to other tanking systems

Compared to the Lock-IT fueling from Hepco & Becker, which also work with magnets for centering, the Basic tanking offers a purely mechanical lock. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

It should also be noted that tank bags and counterholder within the same system must be compatible in order to ensure correct function.
