The PUIG Air Ducts direct the frontal air flow specifically to the brake calipers of the 2025 Honda CB 1000 Hornet SP. The system, derived from racing and redesigned for road use, supports cooling during intensive braking, long-term use and high ambient temperatures.

Controlled airflow to the brake calipers

The specially shaped air channels absorb the air flowing from the front, compress and accelerate it and guide it directly towards the brake calipers. This specifically reduces the heat generated. Tests carried out on the track confirmed an average temperature reduction of 10°C at the brake calipers.

The more favorable temperature range supports a more consistent braking effect and a more consistent braking feel. In this way, the system counteracts a heat-related loss of performance in particularly demanding driving situations.
