PUIG touring screen for the Honda XL 750 Transalp

More aerodynamic protection for extended tours: PUIG has developed this touring screen specifically for the Honda XL 750 Transalp of the 2025 model year. Its shape relieves strain on the upper body, especially on long journeys and at high speeds, while it blends harmoniously into the front design of the motorcycle.

Fit: Honda XL 750 Transalp, built in 2025. The disc uses the mounting points and screws of the original disc.

Specifically developed aerodynamics

The central surface was examined in the virtual wind tunnel to reduce the turbulence generated by the original disk. The top flip directs the airflow upwards, reducing ear pressure and acoustic vibrations. A top opening duct also helps reduce aerodynamic noise at higher speeds.

The lower and side contours are also tailored to the Transalp. They visually connect to the headlight area and offer more extensive side coverage without alienating the original lines of the motorcycle.

Measurable relief for the upper body

In PUIG's aerodynamic study, the pressure on the upper body decreased from 2 kg to 1.1 kg compared to the original disc. Under the conditions of this study, this corresponds to an improvement in protection of 46%. The relief is particularly noticeable in the chest area and supports more comfortable, less tiring driving.

Dimensions and material

  • Height: 460mm
  • Width: 338mm
  • Depth: 65mm
  • Material thickness: 4 mm
  • High quality CN acrylic material with UV protection
  • 2mm rounded edge

The touring screen is higher than the original and was designed for a balanced combination of protection, function and the typical adventure look of the Transalp.

Three versions to choose from

The disc is in Sure, Tinted and Strongly toned available. This means you can choose the desired look to match the motorcycle without changing the vehicle-specific shape.

Vehicle-specific attachment

Installation is carried out at the same mounting points as the original disc and using the original screws. No special tools are required for this.

Development by PUIG

PUIG develops and manufactures this touring screen in Barcelona based on many years of experience and modern development processes. The construction combines a vehicle-specific design with aerodynamically examined contours and high-quality workmanship.

Note on ABE: An ABE document is available for the product. Before use, please check carefully whether its scope includes your motorcycle and the selected version.
