PUIG Z-Racing screen for the Kawasaki Ninja H2

The PUIG Z-Racing screen combines emphatically sporty lines with specifically developed wind protection for the Kawasaki Ninja H2 [2020]. Its double-height construction directs the wind over the helmet and upper torso area, while side channels direct the airflow outwards, reducing pressure in the shoulder area.

Developed in the virtual wind tunnel

PUIG tested the Z-Racing screen in the virtual wind tunnel and optimized it aerodynamically compared to the original screen. The reported improvement in aerodynamic protection averages 12.7% in the upright position and 61% in the racing position.

Precise dimensions and robust design

• Dimensions: 330 × 330mm
• 30mm higher than the original disc
• Material thickness: 3mm
• Made from impact-resistant acrylic
• Rounded 2mm edge according to German TÜV safety test
• Assembly using the original screws

The disc, developed and manufactured in Barcelona, is manufactured using modern production technology. A camera-based system supports quality control. PUIG thus underlines its specialization in precisely developed motorcycle components.

Four versions for individual design

The Z-Racing disc is in the versions Strongly toned (7631F), Tinted (7631H), Black (7631N) and Sure (7631W) available. This means you can choose the look to match the desired appearance of the motorcycle.
