Sporty design meets targeted aerodynamic optimization: The PUIG Z-Racing screen was developed for the KAWASAKI NINJA 500 SE [2025]. It is 25 mm higher than the original screen and directs the wind past the driver through its characteristic Z-shaped channels.

Aerodynamically designed Z-Racing shape

With a height of 375mm and a width of 335mm, the lens offers greater coverage than the original. The side channels direct the air specifically to the outside, thus reducing the direct air flow onto the rider, helmet and upper body. The sporty, aggressive character of the Ninja is retained.

Durable acrylic and precise manufacturing

PUIG manufactures the Z-Racing screen in Barcelona from 3 mm thick, highly impact-resistant acrylic. The lightweight material is UV and impact resistant. The development is based on PUIG's racing experience and modern manufacturing technologies.

Versions for individual style

The Z-Racing lens is available in clear, tinted, heavily tinted, black, matt black, blue, green, red and carbon look. This means you can choose the screen to match the desired appearance of the KAWASAKI NINJA 500 SE.

Uncomplicated attachment

The disc is attached with the original screws and does not require any additional bezels. Assembly is straightforward, requires no mechanical expertise and, according to the product, can be completed in around 15 minutes.
