PUIG Belly Pan for the 2025 Model-Year KAWASAKI Z900

This PUIG belly pan protects the vulnerable lower area of the KAWASAKI Z900 from potential dirt and impact damage while giving the motorcycle a sporty, model-specific finish. Its lines and volumes are precisely tailored to the motorcycle. It is developed and manufactured in Barcelona.

Well-designed protection concept

A metal plate positioned underneath connects the two parts of the lower fairing. At the same time, it acts as a lightweight underbody guard with styling inspired by off-road models. The updated design prevents the belly pan from making contact at extreme lean angles.

Aerodynamically optimized shape

PUIG tested the belly pan in a virtual wind tunnel to achieve a more aerodynamically efficient volume and improve riding stability. Its shape follows the proportions of the Z900 and complements its sporty appearance.

Durable components

The components are made from aluminum and/or ABS and designed for low weight, durability, impact resistance and UV resistance. The plastic parts feature an integrated surface treatment that improves UV protection and resistance to chemical exposure. As a result, no additional painting is required.

The metal brackets are 2 mm thick, protected against corrosion and designed for easy installation. If original or aftermarket components such as exhaust systems or fenders are already fitted, check in advance whether they may interfere with the belly pan.
