PUIG R-Racer Screen for the Kawasaki Ninja 650 [2025]

The R-Racer screen combines PUIG's experience from MotoGP and WorldSBK with a construction precisely tailored to the Kawasaki Ninja 650 [2025]. Measuring 455 × 385 mm and 20 mm higher than the original screen, it was developed to direct the wind more strongly over the helmet and shoulders.

Developed in the virtual wind tunnel

PUIG developed the R-Racer line based on many years of competition experience. The shape was tested in a virtual wind tunnel to improve the aerodynamic coefficient compared to the standard screen and to enable good visibility through the screen.

Robust and precisely manufactured construction

A camera-based testing system supports quality control and checks that the panes are in perfect shape.

Four optical versions

The R-Racer disc is suitable for the desired appearance clear, tinted, heavily toned and black available.

Attachment and ABE

No additional parts such as edge profiles are required for installation. There is an ABE document for the disc. Please check its scope carefully with regard to your motorcycle.
