PUIG Z-Racing windscreen for sporty aerodynamics

The PUIG Z-Racing windscreen combines aggressive lines with practical wind protection for the Kawasaki ZX-10R/RR. Its double-bubble profile directs airflow over the helmet and upper body, while side channels guide the air outward and are designed to reduce pressure around the shoulders.

Developed in a virtual wind tunnel

PUIG tested the design in a virtual wind tunnel. Compared with the original windscreen, the average improvement in aerodynamic protection was measured at 12.7% with the rider in an upright position and 61% in a racing position.

Finishes

The Z-Racing windscreen is available in Carbon Look, Dark Smoke, Smoke, Black, Green and Clear. This allows you to choose a finish that matches the motorcycle's individual appearance while retaining its sporty shape.

Manufacturing and documents

The windscreen is developed and manufactured in Barcelona. A camera-based system supports quality control. The rounded 2-mm edge meets the relevant German TÜV safety inspection requirements. An ABE approval document is included; its specific scope must be checked before use.
