KAWASAKI ZX [2013-2020] - Slip-On Line (Carbon) Exhaust

The Slip-On Line (Carbon) Exhaust from Akrapovic is specifically designed for use on closed race tracks and is not approved for road traffic. This high-quality exhaust system consists of a combination of a noble carbon fiber jacket for the silencer and heat-resistant end caps as well as an interior made of rust-proof stainless steel. These materials not only provide a visual upgrade, but also reduce the weight by 2.9 kg compared to the standard exhaust.

During the development phase, the focus of Akrapovic engineers was on improving throttle response, drivability and increasing performance. The tests showed an increase in performance in the mid and high speed range, with a power increase of 5.9 kW (8.0 hp) at 13,700 rpm and a torque increase of 5.0 Nm at 6,400 rpm compared to a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R model with standard exhaust.

The exhaust produces a distinctive racing sound and can be installed without further adjustments as no reprogramming of the engine control is required. A carbon fiber holder for the silencer and a connecting pipe are optionally available for further performance improvements.
