Execution and processing

HAAN WHEELS manufactures wheels for popular off-road motorcycle models and assembles each wheel by hand in the Netherlands. It will be carefully checked before shipping. Depending on the version, the wheel construction uses components such as Excel rims made of 7000 series aluminum alloy, CNC-machined hubs made of 6082 T6 aluminum alloy, stainless steel spokes and Koyo bearings and spacers made of 7075 aluminum.

The Excel series rims are manufactured in Japan from 7000 series aluminum alloy. The one-piece hubs are made in the Netherlands on CNC machines and are anodized. According to the product description, stainless steel spokes made from a special stainless steel mixture offer 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes.
