SUZUKI GSX-8R [2025] - Z-Racing screen
Description
PUIG Z-Racing screen for the SUZUKI GSX-8R
Racing design and targeted airflow for the sporty GSX-8R: The PUIG Z-Racing screen was developed specifically for the SUZUKI GSX-8R. Its larger shape compared to the original windshield improves aerodynamic protection, while the distinctive contour reflects the supersport character of the motorcycle.
Dimensions and material
- Length × width: 380 × 305 mm
- 70 mm higher than the original disc
- 3mm thick high impact acrylic material
- Lightweight, durable and with UV protection
- Clear visibility with the transparent versions

Aerodynamically developed shape
The lens was developed using virtual wind tunnel technology. Z-shaped channels direct the air flow that would hit the driver directly to the sides. This improves driving comfort and the tiring load caused by the wind can be reduced without significantly affecting the overall drag coefficient.
The extra height directs air away from the helmet and upper torso. Side channels also guide the airflow past the shoulders. Compared to the original screen, an average improvement in aerodynamic protection of 12.7 percent was determined when the upper body was upright and 61 percent in the racing position.

Designs and installation
Choices include clear, tinted, heavily tinted, black, matte black and blue finishes. No additional parts such as bezels are required for installation. Since part of the motorcycle fairing has to be dismantled, installation can take up to about an hour.
