Assembly and model versions

  • BMW R nineT from 2014 to 2016 with EURO 3: Installation according to the manufacturer without any changes to the motorcycle.
  • BMW R nineT from 2017 with EURO 4 as well as Racer and Pure models: According to the manufacturer, the activated carbon filter on the left side of the shock absorber must be removed for installation.
  • BMW R nineT from model year 2021 with EURO 5: Installation according to the manufacturer without making any changes to the motorcycle.
  • Available in “Until 2020” and “2021 to date” versions.

Exhaust Compatibility Notes

  • Not compatible with the Akrapovič Single HIGH exhaust.
  • Another HIGH exhaust configuration mentioned by the manufacturer is only compatible after removing the pillion frame and with the special component intended for it.
