The NEWFREN Pro Race Line friction disc clutch kit is designed for the Bmw S 1000 RR ABS 0D50 from 2017-2018. The Pro Race Line is the top model in the NEWFREN clutch series and combines an organic friction material with a specially designed plate design.

Function and execution

The friction material is based on cellulose, resins, carbon and other components. The construction is designed for a high coefficient of friction and low compressibility. Separate notches improve oil flow to the plates, thereby supporting more efficient clutch operation. In conjunction with the friction material, the design increases fatigue resistance and ensures stable function even under high stress.
