MRA Vario-X-Creen “VXCM” for the Triumph Tiger 1200 Explorer XR ABS

The two-part MRA Vario-X-Creen “VXCM” was developed for the Triumph Tiger 1200 Explorer XR ABS built in 2016-2017. Its adjustable top allows for individual adjustment of the airflow and supports a more relaxed seating position on longer rides.

Adjustable airflow

The large upper part of the disc is connected to the base disc via a total of three double joints. This construction ensures a stable connection, even at higher speeds. The angle, length and distance can be adjusted in many ways so that the air flow is directed specifically between the base pane and the upper part.

The adjustment options allow the wind pressure to be deflected upwards. This creates an almost turbulence-free air flow, while the helmet and upper body can get into the slipstream. The development draws on experiences from adjustable MRA screens such as Varioscreen, Vario touring screen and X-Creen.
