The POLINI racing clutch with Z24 gear ring and straight-toothed pinion is intended for the Vespa Cosa 150 built between 1988 and 1997. Their design uses a reversed mode of operation: what is connected to the crankshaft is the inner hub and not the outer bell.

Construction and function

The clutch combines several design features for precise power transmission and smooth gear changes. The spring force of the clutch can be adjusted. This means that the actuation can be tailored to the respective application. The gear ring with 24 teeth has straight teeth and allows a targeted selection of the primary gear ratio within the intended system.

Technical features
