The Polini HT racing clutch For Race is designed for the Vespa PE 200 built between 1977 and 1997. This version has a primary gear with Z24 and straight teeth and thus enables targeted selection of the gear ratio within the Polini HT system.

Function and construction

The clutch works in the opposite way: not the outer bell, but the inner hub is connected to the crankshaft. The design therefore forms the technical basis for the compact Polini HT design.

Technical features

The integrated Z24 primary gear has straight teeth. The Polini HT clutch also allows the gearing to be adjusted via an interchangeable primary gear. This means that the translation can be adjusted according to the selected gear combination. The construction supports precise and smooth shifting.
