The POLINI racing clutch with Z23 ring gear and straight-toothed pinion is intended for use on the Vespa PX E GS 200 from the 1987-1997 model year range. Their reverse operation connects the crankshaft not to the outer bell, but to the inner hub. This makes it a specially designed clutch solution for racing use.

Function and structure

The design combines an aluminum bell with a pressure plate on thrust bearings. The block cover has an oil collection channel. The clutch also allows the spring force to be adjusted so that the actuation can be tailored to the respective application.
