PUIG touring screen for the Suzuki DL 800 V-STROM

The large PUIG touring screen was developed to increase aerodynamic protection on longer distances while maintaining the sporty, elegant line of the Suzuki DL 800 V-STROM [2025]. Their shapes, examined in the virtual wind tunnel, direct incoming air away from the driver.

More coverage for long tours

The lens is 185 mm higher than the original and designed for increased wind protection. The flat upper end supports the view. Lateral contours also direct air away from the hand area and thus contribute to driving comfort. The design also aims to reduce annoying noise and turbulence.

High quality acrylic material

PUIG manufactures the disc in Barcelona from high-quality, 4mm thick CN acrylic material. The material offers UV protection, durability and clear visibility. The all-round, 2 mm rounded edge ensures a clean finish and additional security.

Vehicle-specific attachment

The touring screen is mounted with the existing original screws. The attachment is designed to be carried out quickly without any special mechanical knowledge. Check the tightness of the screws regularly.

ABE and TÜV requirements

The disc meets the specified requirements of the German TÜV. An ABE document is available; Before use, it must be checked whether the specific vehicle and the selected version are covered by its scope.
