The R-Racer screen combines PUIG's experience from MotoGP and WorldSBK with a precisely developed shape for sporty motorcycles. At 370 x 280 mm, it is 40 mm higher than the original disc. This means it is designed to direct the wind more strongly over the helmet and shoulders.

Development for racing

PUIG developed the R-Racer line in collaboration with racing teams such as the Repsol Honda Team in MotoGP and the Kawasaki Racing Team in WorldSBK. The shape was examined in the virtual wind tunnel in order to improve the aerodynamic coefficient compared to the standard windshield and at the same time enable good visibility through the windshield.

An automated optical inspection supports the quality control of the panes. The construction is designed to be light, robust and durable.

Explanations

The R-Racer lens is available in four optical versions: clear, tinted, heavily tinted and black. This means you can choose the design you want to match the motorcycle.

Fastening and ABE

The original screws are used for fastening. Additional end strips are not required. An ABE document is available for this product. Please check its scope carefully to confirm suitability for your motorcycle.
