Axle protection for front and rear wheels

The Evotech Performance Spindle Bobbins Kit protects the lower areas of the front fork, the brake calipers and the rear swingarm of the Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 Factory. In the event of a fall or overturn, the robust protective elements are designed to absorb the impact first.

Resilient material combination

• Injection molded outer body made from durable nylon
• Reinforcing interior elements made of aluminum
• Continuous stainless steel axle rod with rolled thread
• Red anodized hub stop on the exhaust side of the rear wheel

The nylon bobbins can rotate over the aluminum internals in the event of an impact. This reduces wear on the protective element and the load acting on the wheel.

Assembly

The system is guided through the respective wheel axle with the stainless steel rod and securely fixed. On the rear wheel, the bobbin protects the left side of the swing arm, while the red hub stop secures the axle rod on the exhaust side.
