AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection made of 8 mm HDPE

The AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection protects the entire engine area of the Beta RR 250 2 T Enduro Racing. The construction made of high density polyethylene with a thickness of 8 mm extends from the frame to the underside of the footrests and thus covers the central area under the motorcycle.

Function and construction

• Complete protection for the engine area
• Extended protective plate to protect the shock absorber deflection
• Double material thickness under the deflection thanks to an included reinforcement part
• New design and new manufacturing process

The extended version extends the protection to the deflection of the shock absorber. Below this area, an additional component reinforces the protective plate by making the material twice as thick. The reinforcement part supplied is part of this construction.

Testing under demanding conditions

The underrun protection was tested and approved by Wade Young, Sherco Factory Team, after a year of testing under “Hard / Extreme” conditions. This means that the design is geared towards the tough and extreme areas of application described.
