BMW F 800 R [2009–2014] - folding clutch and short brake lever set

Precise lever control for the BMW F 800 R

Developed by Evotech Performance, this set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Both levers can be individually adjusted to the hand size and preferred grip width.

Folding mechanism and short brake lever shape

• The clutch lever can deflect upwards when it comes into contact with a solid obstacle to reduce the risk of breakage.
• A tensioned spring and a bearing hold the clutch lever securely in its working position.
• After release, the clutch lever is manually returned to its original position.
• The non-folding short brake lever is designed for operation with two fingers.
• A defined breaking point at the ball end of the brake lever serves to additionally limit damage.

Ergonomics and adjustment

Deeply rounded edges along the levers support a comfortable grip. Both levers have a six-way reach adjustment with a red anodized adjuster.

• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ±1 mm
• Milled markings indicate the selected position
• Adaptable to different finger lengths

Machined aluminum construction

Lever blades and bracket mounts are milled from solid aluminum material. Millings on the back reduce the weight without unnecessarily compromising the structural strength.

Assembly

The CNC-milled mounts are designed for precise and uncomplicated assembly of the original components. The model-specific design enables installation on the lever mounts provided on the BMW F 800 R.
