Precise control with folding construction

The Evo lever set developed by Evotech Performance replaces the clutch and brake lever of the BMW F 800 S. Both levers can be individually adjusted and fold up when they come into contact with a solid obstacle to reduce the risk of a lever breaking.

Ergonomics and adjustment

• Six-way adjustable grip width on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ± 1 mm
• Milled markings indicate the selected position
• Deeply rounded edges along the levers ensure comfortable contact and a controlled grip

Folding mechanism with a secure hold

A spring-loaded joint with a bearing reliably holds each lever in its normal position. In the event of an impact, the lever can move upwards and then be returned to its original position by hand. Accidental movement by hand or fingers is prevented by the tensioned spring.

Machined aluminum and stainless steel

• Lever blades and holder connections milled from solid aluminum material
• Milled backs reduce weight while maintaining strength
• CNC-manufactured stainless steel hinge pins and locking elements
• Black anodized levers and holder connections
• Red anodized reach adjusters
• Ball ends with dimensions in accordance with legal requirements

Scope of delivery

A complete set of folding clutch lever and folding brake lever with the associated holder connections and adjustment elements is supplied.

Assembly

The CNC-milled holder connections are designed to precisely hold the standard components. This supports precise and uncomplicated installation.
