The standard windshield was designed for the 2011-2016 BMW K 1600 Exclusive. The greater width compared with the original provides balanced coverage for versatile touring and is particularly suited to riders of medium to taller stature. Its clean design follows the motorcycle's lines.

Comfort-focused airflow management

The standard profile is designed for a wide range of uses. Its shape directs oncoming airflow towards the deflectors and is therefore intended to reduce helmet turbulence and wind pressure around the shoulders. The additional width also supports wind protection on longer journeys.

Installation
