Radical front conversion for the BMW R 1150 GS

The PRO FENOUIL headlight kit redesigns the entire front of the R 1150 GS or R 1150 GS Adventure. The original beak and headlight are removed and the original radiator is moved in front of the engine. The GS can be built as an uncompromising enduro version, classic or with racing accents.

Fenouil fairing

The lightweight fairing takes up the design of the legendary R 80 GS PD and has been adapted and revised for this kit. It offers aerodynamic protection, is finished in Alpine White or Matt Black and comes with the necessary mounting brackets.

Handlebar risers and front carrier

• The handlebar riser is CNC manufactured and consists of a solid, anodized aluminum alloy.
• The front headlight frame is made of steel and treated with a durable powder coating.
• The frame is mounted on the handlebar riser and accommodates headlights, high fenders, original indicators and an optional fairing.
• It is also used to mount the original cockpit instrumentation.

Headlights and electrics

The headlight unit is based on the optical group of the BMW R 1200 R model and is designed for high light output when driving at night. It is adjustable and comes with wiring and two H11 bulbs.

Kit for the original instruments

The characteristic original instruments are retained in this conversion. The included instrument kit allows the original gauges and indicator light group to be reinstalled in the new front configuration.

Radiator relocation

The radiator kit moves the original radiator from the previous front position in front of the engine. Included are the rubber hoses, connections, clamps and new radiator brackets required for this.

High front fender

The front fender takes up the lines of classic GS models from the 1980s. It is available in alpine white or matt black and is attached to the designated mounts on the front headlight frame.
