This set combines the handcrafted Atlas aluminium top case with a capacity of 44 litres and a universal plate for mounting on luggage racks for various motorcycle models. The top case accommodates a full-face helmet and combines a high-strength aluminium construction with carefully finished stainless steel components.

Universal plate

The universal plate described in the set is made of 5 mm thick anodised aluminium and enables the Atlas top case to be fitted to luggage racks for various models. The surface is anodised in silver or black.

The manufacturer's specifications describe the top case as having a hook-on system for the AL5 plate, while the universal plate is specified as the AL3 version for the Atlas top case.

Motorcycle-specific mounting systems are not included and must be purchased separately. Before installation, always check whether the respective luggage rack is suitable for carrying a top case. The separately available ATL6 top case backrest is not included.

Locking system and compatibility

When used on BMW models, the locking system can be matched using the separately available ATL7 lock block kit with the original BMW coding mechanism. When a pair of bags and the top case are purchased together, lock cylinders with matching keys are supplied.
