Öhlins USD LOW fork kit for a more precise and comfortable chassis

This comprehensive kit combines an Öhlins fork developed according to Unit Garage specifications with specially designed fork clamps and fork feet. It was developed to significantly improve the handling, ride comfort and adjustability of the BMW R nineT both on and off-road.

Chassis and adjustment options

• Highly developed hydraulic system for powerful chassis tuning
• Adjustable compression and rebound
• Fork total length: 750 mm
• Travel: 120mm
• Standpipe diameter: 43 mm
• Suitable for individual suspension settings

Construction and design

The triple clamps and fork feet were designed specifically for this kit and are CNC machined from solid material. In addition to the functional improvement, this gives the entire front section a striking, technical look.

Reusable original parts

• Original brake calipers including the associated screws
• Original headlight holder
• Original handlebar risers
• Steering head, clamp nuts and bearings
• Existing brake hoses – replacement is not necessary

Important note about the fender

The original fender cannot be mounted on this fork. A fender compatible with the fork kit is available separately.

Assembly and Compatibility

The system is designed as a plug-and-play solution. Correct assembly is safety-related and must be carried out by an experienced technician.
