Handcrafted titanium exhaust manifold for EURO 5 models

This exhaust manifold kit without catalytic converter was developed for BMW R nineT models from 2021 with EURO 5. The hand-crafted titanium construction is 3.2kg lighter than the original, improving overall engine performance and taking on the distinctive titanium blue color when warm.

Exhaust valve and engine electronics

Reassignment or modification of the control unit is not necessary. On the original manifold of the EURO 5 models, the exhaust valve is welded and therefore cannot be reused. The kit therefore includes an exhaust valve elimination kit prepared for the third probe.
