Comprehensive Paris-Dakar conversion for the BMW R nineT

This comprehensive PARIS DAKAR HA83 kit combines the basic body conversion with chassis protection, luggage solutions, handlebar components, fenders, license plate holder and a high titanium silencer. The shorter 22.5 liter tank changes the seating position, brings the rider closer to the handlebars and supports greater load on the front wheel.

HA83 basic kit

• Nylon tank with 22.5 liter capacity, painted in Urban GS Light White
• Decors under the transparent surface
• The original tank cap, fuel pump and activated carbon filter are still used
• Reserve warning light remains functional
• Calculated range of around 400 km with an average consumption of 17.7 km/l
• Two-part, comfortable seat with a pillion part that can be removed with a key
• Seat height of 850 mm, corresponding to the original Urban GS
• ABS side panels with matt black finish, mounting brackets, screws and vibration dampers
• The conversion does not require any manipulation of the original parts and is completely reversible
• Note: TÜV approved

Luggage solutions

• Rear luggage rack made of tubular steel with matt black epoxy powder coating and integrated pillion grab handles
• Maximum load capacity of the rear luggage rack: 5 kg
• Suitable for soft bags, not compatible with rigid aluminum or plastic cases
• The two leather straps for attaching luggage are not included
• Aluminum luggage rack plate with matt black epoxy powder coating to expand the loading area when the pillion seat is removed
• Luggage rack plate with mounting screws and non-slip rubber pads

Front and protective components

• Front headlight protection grille, can be mounted and removed without changing the original parts
• Note on the headlight protection grille: Not approved for road traffic
• Painted aluminum front start number plate with GPS holder; Stickers and numbers are not included
• Front ABS fender kit with brackets and raised headlight bracket
• Mounting the front fender without making any changes to the motorcycle
• Steel crash bar with durable powder coating, spacer bushes and screws
• Most maintenance work can be carried out with the crash bar installed

Rear conversion and license plate holder

The rear ABS fender comes with a specially designed aluminum license plate holder and integrated LED lighting. License plate and indicator holders are modular and can be dismantled if license plates or indicators need to be positioned differently. Electrical wiring is done via connectors without soldering or modifications to the original wiring harness. A stainless steel screw set is included.

Handlebars and ergonomics

• Old-school steel handlebars with matt black epoxy powder coating and crossbar
• Constant diameter of 22mm
• Same height as the original handlebars, but designed for a more relaxed riding position
• Can be mounted on the original risers and controls
• Compatible with heated grips
• Black leather handlebar protector for attachment to the crossbar, 26 cm long and 6 cm in diameter
• Pair of CNC machined handlebar ends with gloss black finish, Unit Garage logo and two M12 mounting screws

High titanium silencer

• Stainless steel connecting pipes with fully handcrafted Moto GP style titanium rear silencer
• About 2.8kg lighter than the original
• Removable DB killer
• Mounts on the original anti-vibration mount with the pillion frame installed
• If the pillion frame is removed, an additional bracket, available separately, is required
• Carbon protection is not included
• Full homologation report.

Assembly and Compatibility

The kit is supplied with the brackets, screws and mounting elements described for each component. Video instructions are included. The entire kit is intended for the BMW R nineT Roadster and BMW R nineT Pure.
