Paris-Dakar conversion kit for the BMW R nineT

The NineT PARIS DAKAR GR86 Kit transforms the R nineT with a shorter 22.5 liter tank, two-piece saddle and sculpted side panels. The changed tank shape allows for a seating position that is further forward and a greater load on the front wheel. This reduces the feeling of distance to the handlebars and changes the driving experience.

22.5 liter nylon tank

• Shorter shape for a seating position further forward
• Capacity: 22.5 liters
• Calculated range of around 400 km with an average consumption of 17.7 km/l
• 1.7kg lighter than the original tank
• The original fuel cap and original fuel pump are still used
• The reserve warning light remains functional
• The original activated carbon filter is retained

• Painted, with graphics under the clear coat and delivered ready to install

Two-piece saddle

The entire saddle is comfortable and divided into driver and passenger areas. The rear section can be quickly removed using the included key, creating more space for luggage when traveling solo. The seat height is 850 mm and therefore corresponds to the original Urban G/S.

Assembly and retrofitting

The kit comes with all components required for assembly and video instructions. No changes are necessary to the tank cap, fuel pump, reserve warning light and activated carbon filter. The conversion is completely reversible.
