Comprehensive Paris-Dakar complete kit with travel, protection and design accessories

The NineT PARIS DAKAR Yellow 40th Kit is a comprehensive conversion package for the BMW R nineT Urban G/S with low exhaust. The focus is on the 22.5 liter tank, the two-piece saddle and the side panels. They are complemented by components for the front, rear, cockpit, luggage transport, engine protection and exhaust.

Paris-Dakar base conversion

• Glossy black painted nylon tank with graphics and decals under the clear coat
• 22.5 liter tank volume
• Shorter tank shape for a seating position further forward and greater load on the front wheel
• Complete two-piece saddle with removable pillion part
• Seat height 850 mm, corresponding to the original Urban G/S
• Molded ABS side panels with a matte black finish and graphics under the clear coat

The original tank cap, fuel pump and activated carbon filter are retained. The reserve indicator continues to work and the conversion is completely reversible. All tank brackets as well as the mounting brackets, screws and anti-vibration brackets for the side panels are included.

Based on the manufacturer's average consumption of 17.7 km/l, this results in a calculated range of around 400 km at 22.5 liters.

Front fairing and protective components

• Fenouil windshield with front fender: ABS front kit based on the R80 GS PD with paint and clear varnish. It is mounted on the motorcycle without modifications and offers aerodynamic protection. Brackets, mounting screws and instructions are included. The versions mentioned are Light White Urban G/S, Matt Black and Red.
• Headlight protection grille: Removable and can be assembled without manipulating the original parts. Attention: not approved for road traffic
• Heavy-duty crash bars: double steel side protection tube with 25 mm diameter and 2 mm wall thickness, treated with resistant powder coating. Most maintenance work can be done without disassembly. Compatible with aftermarket and OEM guards and cylinder head covers.

Handlebars and cockpit

• Ergo handlebars: Old-school steel handlebars with crossbar, constant diameter of 22 mm and matt black epoxy powder coating. It has the same height as the original, but according to the manufacturer offers a more comfortable grip position. Installation on the original mounts and controls is intended; Heated grips remain compatible.
• Yellow handlebar pad: classic off-road padding with Unit Garage logo to protect against the crossbar. Length 23.5 cm, diameter 6 cm.
• Handlebar ends: CNC machined pair with a gloss black finish and Unit Garage logo. Two M12 mounting screws are included.

Rear, pillion and luggage transport

• Pillion handle: Steel construction with matt black epoxy powder coating. The handle can also serve as an attachment point for bags or luggage straps and is compatible with Unit Garage and original BMW saddlebag frames.
• Rear ABS fender: Matches the lines of the R nineT and can be mounted with the original or conversion saddle as well as with or without a pillion frame.
• Modular license plate holder: Made of aluminum, with integrated LED light and removable license plate or indicator holders. Plug-and-play wiring uses connectors and requires no soldering or modifications to the original wiring harness. A stainless steel screw set is included.
• Aluminum luggage rack plate: Matt black epoxy powder coated and developed for the Paris-Dakar kit. It expands the loading area when the pillion seat is removed and comes with mounting screws and non-slip rubber feet.
• Full grain leather tail bag: handmade in Italy and sewn with nylon thread. Dimensions 200 × 280 mm, height 150 mm.
• Tool bag: hand-sewn from cotton and leather. Dimensions opened 20 × 36 cm, rolled 20 × 10 cm.

High silencer

The handcrafted tall muffler combines a stainless steel connector with a Moto GP style titanium end piece. It weighs around 2.8 kg less than the original and has a removable dB killer. Installation is carried out on the original anti-vibration mount and is possible with the pillion frame installed.

• Carbon fiber heat protection is not included.

Graphics and other details

The stickers included are protected with a special UV-resistant film. They can be applied over the paintwork or under clear coat. The graphics developed for the Fenouil windshield are also compatible with the R80 G/S.

Assembly and Compatibility

The entire kit is intended for the BMW R nineT Urban G/S with low exhaust. The heavy-duty crash bars are compatible with all R nineT models from 2017 including Euro 5 versions. All parts required to assemble the kit as well as video instructions are included.
