Precise control of the clutch and brake

The Evotech Evo lever set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges along the lever blades ensure comfortable and controlled operation.

Folding mechanism and short design

• The clutch lever can move upwards when it comes into contact with a solid object and can then be reset manually.
• A tensioned spring with bearing holds the clutch lever securely in its normal position.
• The non-folding short brake lever has a defined breaking point at the end of the ball.
• The shortened two-finger design positions the end of the lever closer to the vehicle, reducing its exposure to the end of the handlebars.

Individually adjustable

Both levers have a six-way reach adjustment. Milled markings indicate selected position; The typical adjustment range at the lever center is 17 mm with a tolerance of ± 1 mm.

Milled metal construction

• Lever blades and connections to the brackets are milled from solid aluminum material.
• Millings on the back reduce the weight without sacrificing structural strength.
• CNC-manufactured bolts, safety clips and other small parts provided are made of stainless steel.
• Black anodizing protects levers and bracket connections; the adjusters are anodized red.
• The dimensions of the lever ends correspond to the legal dimensional requirements.

Assembly

The precise CNC machining of the bracket connections is designed to easily transfer the intended original components. Manufacturer video instructions are available for assembly.
