Precise lever control for clutch and brake

The Evotech Evo Set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short, non-folding two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support a pleasant grip and controlled operation.

Folding mechanism and short design

• The clutch lever can move upwards when it comes into contact with a solid obstacle and can then be manually returned to its starting position.
• A tensioned spring with bearing holds the clutch lever securely in its normal position.
• The short brake lever positions its ball end closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars.
• A defined breaking point at the ball end of the brake lever complements the design protection features.

Individually adjustable grip width

Both levers feature a red anodized six-position adjuster. Milled markings indicate the selected setting. The typical adjustment range is 17 mm with a tolerance of ± 1 mm, measured at the center of the lever.

Machined aluminum construction

• Lever blades and connections to the brackets are milled from solid aluminum material.
• Millings on the back reduce weight while maintaining strength.
• CNC-manufactured connections enable the original components to be precisely accommodated.
• CNC machined bolts and locking clips are made of stainless steel.
• Black anodized levers and bracket connections provide a durable finish.

Assembly

The precise CNC machining of the bracket connections is designed to accept the standard components and supports precise assembly.
