Axle protectors and work stand mounts in one kit

This Evotech Performance Kit combines front axle protectors with rear mounting stand mounts for the Ducati Scrambler Icon. The two axle-mounted components support protection in the front area as well as the upright parking and maintenance of the motorcycle.

Construction and materials

• Front axle protectors made of injection molded nylon with aluminum inner part
• Nylon rear repair stand mounts with internal stainless steel bushing
• Attachment via a stainless steel axle rod with rolled thread
• Hourglass-shaped rear mounts for common C- or V-support assembly stands

Function

The front protectors are designed to make contact first in the event of an incident, reducing potential damage to the front fork and brake calipers. The rear mounts securely engage C- or V-shaped mounting stands.

Assembly and use

The components are attached to the scrambler's wheel axles. The sole purpose of the rear mounts is to support the weight of the motorcycle on a suitable work stand. They are not designed to withstand additional load from a person sitting on the motorcycle.

Since the rear mounts are mounted through the wheel axle, they cannot be used to assist in dismantling the wheel.
