Controlled lever feel for road and race track

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short, non-folding two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges along the levers support comfort and a pleasant grip.

Folding mechanism and short brake lever geometry

If it comes into contact with a solid object, the clutch lever can deflect upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A tensioned spring with bearing keeps it securely in position while driving; after triggering, it is reset manually.

The short brake lever positions its ball end closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars. A defined breaking point at the end of the ball complements the design.

Individually adjustable

• Six-stage reach adjustment on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ± 1 mm
• Milled markings to clearly indicate the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters

Materials and manufacturing

• Lever blades and holder connections machined from billet aluminum
• Black, durable anodization of the levers and holder connections
• CNC machined stainless steel clevis pins and locking clips
• Millings on the back of the lever to reduce weight while maintaining strength
• Ball ends with dimensions in accordance with legal requirements
• Evotech Performance logos on levers and holder connections

Assembly

The CNC-milled holder connections are designed to precisely hold the respective original components. Video installation instructions from the manufacturer are available for download for installation.
