Construction of the Haan Wheels wheels

HAAN WHEELS uses components for its wheels that are designed for off-road use. Excel rims are made in Japan from 7000 series aluminum alloy. The milled aluminum hubs are made in the Netherlands from 6082 T6 aluminum alloy on CNC machines. The one-piece hubs are anodized.

A special stainless steel mixture is used for the spokes. Compared to OEM spokes, it offers 30% higher tensile strength. Oversized Koyo bearings and spacers made of 7075 aluminum are also part of the Haan Wheels concept described.

Vehicle assignment

This front wheel is assigned to the GAS GAS EC 300, built between 2021 and 2027. The color combination of black rim, blue hub and silver spokes and spoke nipples makes it easier to choose to match the desired vehicle look.

Each wheel is assembled by hand in the Netherlands by experienced professionals and carefully tested before shipping.
