Short levers for precise operation

The Evotech Performance Evo short lever set was developed model-specifically for the Harley-Davidson Sportster S. The lever blades, which are shortened compared to the original levers, offer a usable width of around 55 mm and are designed for operation with two gloved fingers.

Deeply rounded edges along the levers support comfort and feel when operating. The short design also reduces the risk of contact with solid objects. There is also a defined protective breaking point at the end of the ball.

Individually adjustable grip width

• Six adjustment positions on clutch and brake levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ±1 mm
• Milled markings indicate the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for a clear visual demarcation

Machined aluminum construction

Lever blades and mounting connections are milled from solid aluminum and anodized black. Millings on the back reduce the weight without sacrificing the intended strength.

CNC-manufactured mounting connections enable the precise acceptance of the standard components. Bolts and locking clips are made of CNC machined stainless steel. The dimensions of the ball ends comply with legal requirements.

Assembly

The set replaces the standard clutch and brake levers. Basic tools are sufficient for assembly. The model-specific milled mounts are tailored to the existing fastenings as well as the respective clutch and brake light functions. The manufacturer provides video assembly instructions for download.

Compatibility

Suitable exclusively for the Harley-Davidson Sportster S from model year 2020. The lever set cannot be used universally.
