BOYESEN wheel membrane block for HM Motard 125

The BOYESEN wheel membrane block - Honda CR125R was developed as a model-specific intake system and supports optimized intake air guidance. Its construction combines a streamlined inner surface with coordinated membrane plates and a 4-way diffuser.

Function and construction

• Block made of 100% aluminum with optimized internal surface
• 4-way diffuser to optimize air flows and avoid pressure losses
• Model-specific membrane plates with variable flexibility
• Aerospace-grade carbon membrane plates
• Rubber-coated and hydrocarbon-resistant membrane plates for longer seal life

The BOYESEN inlet systems use several technical approaches: Aerodynamic Surface Optimization optimizes the inner surfaces, Model-Specific Reed Petal Tensioning adapts the membrane plates to the respective model and Multi-Stage Reed Timing enables multiple opening stages. This aligns the intake air flows with the operation of the intake system.

Assembly and scope of delivery

Intake connection and fastening clamps are included in the scope of delivery. The membrane block is intended for direct assembly without modification.

Interpretation

The RC2 membrane blocks are designed for competition use. The optimized intake air flows support higher efficiency and performance as well as better pulling power on the motorcycle.
