BOYESEN membrane block for HM Motard 125

The BOYESEN membrane block is designed for the HM Motard 125 from the 2005-2007 model year range. The inlet system combines a flow-optimized design with model-specific membrane plates and thereby supports uniform intake.

Flow-optimized design

The block is made of 100% aluminum and has an optimized internal surface. A 4-way diffuser guides the air flows in a targeted manner and is designed to avoid pressure losses in the intake area. The construction was developed individually for the respective motorcycle model.

Coordinated membrane technology

The membrane plates use several opening levels and a model-specific tension. This adapts the functioning of the membrane to the inlet system. The hydrocarbon-resistant design and rubber coating are designed to extend seal life.

Assembly and vehicle assignment

Intake connection and fastening clamps are included in the scope of delivery. The membrane block is intended for direct assembly without modification. The vehicle assignment applies to the HM Motard 125, built between 2005 and 2007.
