Precise control with folding construction

Developed by Evotech Performance in the UK, the Evo lever set replaces the clutch and brake levers on the Honda CB600 Hornet. Both levers are full-length and have deeply rounded edges for pleasant contact and a controlled operating feel.

Folding mechanism to protect the levers

If they come into contact with a solid object, the lever blades can move upwards. This reduces the risk of the lever breaking in the event of a tip over or fall. A tensioned spring and a bearing reliably hold each lever in its intended position while driving. It can then be reset manually.

Individually adjustable grip width

• Six-stage reach adjustment on clutch and brake levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ±1 mm
• Milled markings indicate the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for clear visual differentiation

Milled aluminum and resilient components

Lever blades and bracket mounts are milled from solid aluminum and anodized black. Millings on the back reduce the weight without unnecessarily compromising the structural strength. CNC-manufactured bolts, safety clips and the corresponding functional parts are made of stainless steel. The dimensions of the spherical lever ends meet the legal requirements.

Assembly

The precise CNC machining of the bracket mounts is designed for the assembly of the intended original components. The set is installed at the standard mounting points for the clutch and brake levers.
