Brake lever protection for street and trackday

The Evotech brake lever protection kit in the road version protects the brake lever of the Honda CBR1000RR ABS from accidental impacts. A matching handlebar end weight on the left side ensures a uniform appearance.

Construction and surface

  • Right lever protector made from CNC machined aviation grade aluminum
  • Integrated stainless steel end weight
  • Heavy-duty stainless steel road ends with recessed fasteners
  • Durable black powder coating
  • Model-specific expansion clamp system for a secure hold in the handlebar end

Scope of delivery

  • Brake lever protector for the right side of the handlebar
  • Matching Evotech handlebar end weight for the left side
  • All necessary fasteners

Assembly

The kit is attached to the handlebar ends using the expander clamp. No modifications to the motorcycle are necessary. It is designed exclusively for use with the original throttle tube and the original handlebar grip.

After assembly, it must be checked that the throttle grip play, smooth opening and independent closing of the throttle valve actuation are not impaired in any way.
