Precise control with folding construction

The Evotech Evo lever set combines a full-length clutch lever and a brake lever. Ergonomically rounded edges support a comfortable grip and controlled operation.

Folding mechanism and adjustment

• Both levers can deflect upwards when they come into contact with a solid object to reduce the risk of breakage.
• A tensioned spring with bearing holds the levers securely in their normal position.
• The grip width on both levers can be adjusted in six levels to suit different finger lengths.
• Milled markings indicate the selected setting.
• The typical adjustment range is 17 mm at the lever center with a tolerance of ± 1 mm.

Materials and workmanship

• Lever blades and holder connections are milled from solid aluminum material.
• Recessed milling areas on the back reduce the weight while maintaining strength.
• CNC-manufactured bolts, locking clips and other fasteners provided are made of stainless steel.
• Black anodized levers and holder connections are complemented by red anodized reach adjusters.
• The dimensions of the lever ends meet the legal requirements.

Scope of delivery

A matching set consisting of a folding clutch lever and a folding brake lever with the designated holder connections and adjusters is supplied.

Assembly

The precise CNC-milled holder connections are designed to accept the intended original components precisely. After assembly, the reach, secure positioning and free function of both levers must be carefully checked.
