The V-Force 4R diaphragm block from V-FORCE is designed to optimize the intake system of a 2-stroke engine. Compared to original reed valves, the V-Force Reed Valve System improves intake efficiency, thereby supporting higher engine performance and more reactive throttle response.

Function and design features

• New resin system for the membrane plates with carbon fiber and revised layer structure
• Pre-curved membrane plates for improved sealing at the tips
• Wider membrane cage for increased air flow
• The combined tip area of the membrane plates has been increased by 10.5%, supporting greater overall airflow
• Aerodynamically shaped cage tip to increase air speed at the outer openings
• Extended diaphragm stops to gradually reduce the speed at the platelet tips
• Frontal area of the middle bar reduced by 15.6% with a more aerodynamic shape
• Rubber coating on the surface of the membrane tip holder to further extend the life of the membrane plates

Technical execution

The extended membrane stops and bulging membrane plates are designed for controlled movement and a reliable seal at the tips. The design combines a larger air flow with a more streamlined design of the membrane cage.
