The TECNIUM regulator MOSFET by DZE is a three-phase voltage regulator for the Honda Forza 250 from the 2005-2008 model year range. The MOSFET technology controls the battery voltage electronically and adapts the output currents to the respective driving situation.

Function and technical advantages

  • Output current up to 50 A for controlling the electrical charging system
  • Very low voltage drop of less than 0.2V - 35A
  • Low power loss and therefore significantly reduced heat generation
  • High precision electronic battery voltage control without linear sensor
  • Standby mode with low energy consumption when the vehicle is parked
  • Also suitable for lithium-ion batteries

The internal electric driver was developed for the requirements of driving operations. Improved ultra-low voltage drop current diodes support efficient operation. Standby mode reduces loss of battery charge when the vehicle is not in use and can thereby extend battery life.
