NEWFREN Pro Race clutch disc kit for HUSQVARNA FC 250

The Pro Race steel and friction disc kit from NEWFREN combines friction plates and steel plates for the clutch of the HUSQVARNA FC 250. The Pro Race Line was developed in collaboration with successful teams from the Superbike, Moto 3 and MXGP world championships and is designed as a high-quality racing product.

Friction material and design

The friction material mainly consists of cellulose, resins, carbon and other components. The material design achieves a high coefficient of friction and is less compressible. The special design of the discs supports improved oil flow and thus more efficient operation of the clutch. The combination of friction material and disc geometry increases the stability of the pads even under harsh operating conditions.
