Adjust the preload on the chassis of the Husqvarna FC 450 in a targeted manner

The patented XTRIG system enables quick and precise adjustment of the damper preload. This allows you to adjust the preload to suit the terrain on which you ride your motorcycle. The adjustment is made directly on the bike and supports a needs-based adjustment of the preload for different route conditions.

Function and operation

• Quick damper preload adjustment
• Precise adjustment of the preload to the terrain being traveled on
• Operation with an 8mm T-key
• The system replaces the existing spring preload adjustment screws

For assembly, the screws for adjusting the spring preload are removed and replaced with the XTRIG system. The operation is designed for uncomplicated and precise adjustment, so that the preload can be adjusted according to the respective terrain conditions.

The preload system is for the HUSQVARNA FC 450 in the full year range 2016–2021 assigned.
