RFX Pro clutch cover for Husqvarna FE 250

The RFX Pro clutch cover is intended for the Husqvarna FE 250 from the 2014-2016 model year range. Its deeper profile creates additional space for the engine oil and supports a more even thermal load on the clutch during long races.

Function and execution

• The profile is 1.5mm deeper and increases oil capacity by 100cc.
• The larger oil quantity supports a lower oil temperature, especially in heavily stressed clutches and in muddy or sandy conditions.
• The component is CNC milled from aluminum 6061-T6.
• The construction combines thin, lightweight areas with increased strength and durability over standard lids.
• A durable Akadize surface treatment increases abrasion resistance against boots and grit.

Technical features

The clutch cover is made of aluminum and is finished in magnesium. The hard anodized surface is designed for durable off-road use. The robust design reduces the risk of damage from stones, rocks, footrests or brake pedals compared to a standard cover.
